TESOL
The Concordia International College Online TESOL course will equip you with the theory and skills to teach English as a second/foreign language at a number of different levels. The course covers a number of different ESL/EFL philosophies and approaches to teaching and attempts to discuss them in relation to current and relevant contexts. The course aims to teach the trainee teachers to develop and adapt materials and resources and encourages them to become independent, creative and flexible teachers.
TEC
Concordia International College TEC course focuses on teaching methods for age groups two through twelve, and the different developmental stages of children. Instructors focus on a variety of TEC methodologies, classroom disciplines, and combination of methods work best in TEC classrooms.
Cambridge TKT Prep
The Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) is a test from Cambridge ESOL about teaching English to speakers of other languages. Our Cambridge TKT Prep Course aims to increase teachers' confidence and enhance job prospects by focusing on the core teaching knowledge needed by teachers of primary, secondary or adult learners, anywhere in the world.
HTM
The Concordia International College Hospitality and Tourism Management program enables students to customize their career experience to suit their interests and talents, and to prepare for a successful career training and employment in the hospitality and tourism sector. Concordia HTM program will successfully prepare students to enter this field in a confident manner. Students will be challenged by the curriculum which covers the most essential skills necessary for employment success.
International Internship
An "internship" is an unpaid, partially paid, or fully paid period of workplace education. During an internship you will be placed at a Canadian company and learn beside Canadian workers. Internships give you the opportunity to learn about a new field of work, complete university requirements, and to experience the country in a different way and to meet young Canadians.
